Advent Quiet Day
December 7, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Join us for an opportunity to deepen our awareness and ability to recognize God’s path for each of us to find our way to Bethlehem. Using Advent prayer, reflection, and stories, we will seek God’s path through the often frantic expectations and festivities that can so easily overshadow this beautiful, timeless season of light and darkness, angels and shepherds, and, in the quiet simplicity of the manger, God coming to birth among us – over 2000 years ago and here in our lives today. Let our Advent Quiet Day, led by Deacon Elena, help to illuminate how you carry the miracle of Bethlehem in and through your life day to day. To sign up or any questions, please contact Dcn Elena: elbarnum@ gmail.com or 203 912-7208.
