Advent begins on Sunday, November 28th. Join us each Sunday in Advent and at a host of special seasonal events as we await and celebrate the coming of our Lord!

Wreath Making Workshop

Sunday, November 28th

On Sunday, November 28th following the 10:00 am service, Mother Julie will host a wreath making workshop in the Parish House. Wreath making kits will be provided – please bring $20 to cover the cost of supplies.

Finding the Way to Bethlehem – Advent Quiet Day

Saturday, December 4th

On Saturday, December 4th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, join Deacon Elena and Arlene Bullard online in Advent prayer, reflection, and pastoral meditations on the life of Mary. How might we, individually and as a community, carry the miracle of Bethlehem in and through our lives, and the lives of those around and far beyond us, day to day?

Lessons and Carols

On Sunday, December 19th at 10:00 am we’ll celebrate a festive musical service of nine lessons and carols featuring our Adult and Children’s Choirs with readings by our Sunday School students. Bring your singing voice! (In church and streamed online.)

Christmas Eve


Friday, December 24th

Open church hours 2:00 to 5:00 pm

The church will be open on the afternoon of Christmas eve for prayer, meditation, and to enjoy the lovely festive greenery.

Festal Eucharist 8:30 pm

This year, we’ll try something new – thank you to everyone who participated in our online poll! – by celebrating Christmas Eve with one 8:30 pm evening service with a musical prelude beginning at 8:00 pm. The service will feature transcendent Christmas music from our beloved St. Michael’s Choir. (In church and streamed online.)

Christmas Day


Saturday, December 25th

Jazz Eucharist 10:00 am

Join us on Christmas morning for a Eucharist service featuring a jazz trio led by John Cantrell, our fabulous Music Director. (In church only.) Note: there will be no 7:45 am service on Christmas Day.
