A group of parishioners recently began a Quilting Group. Quilting is an addictive hobby that takes patience to learn and lots of practice. Once you have achieved the rhythm of the stitching, the joy and peace one feels is very satisfying. All levels of experience are welcome to join the group. If you are an experienced quilter interested in joining the group, bring along a work sample. If you have never quilted before and would like to try, instruction is available. Even if you are not interested in quilting yourself, you can still contribute. Supplies and financial support are most welcome as the materials are expensive. The group meets every Sunday from 12:30 - 2 pm. Bring a sack lunch.
